If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your order within 30 days of your purchase date, no exceptions.

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment minus the cost of the return processing fee of $5.99.

We only allow one exchange per product (i.e. you will not be able to exchange a previously exchanged item)

All exchange items must be of equal value to the item originally purchased

If you have received a defective or damaged item as an international customer, please reach out to our support team and provide your order number (listed on your confirmation email) along with a photo/video of the item you are experiencing issues with.
